Responsible users can view and update the corrective and preventive actions that have been assigned to them by a QA Officer.
When a Responsible User logs on to the system they will be shown the Responsible menu.
Corrective Actions
Responsible users can list open CAs, closed CAs or all CAs that they are registered as responsible for.
Preventive Actions
Responsible users can list open PAs, closed PAs or all PAs that they are registered as responsible for.
The responsible user can also read all linked items in the WebCAPA database, so that they can fully understand the background to the actions they are responsible for.
Working with Actions
Responsible users update the actions they have taken, the date the actions were taken and change the state of the action to "Completed" when they have finished all work on the action.
Responsible users can reassign an action to another user if they think they are not the correct person to address the action. They must ensure that the chosen user has a WebCAPA account before reassigning the action.
