The QA Officer has access to four menus to help in day-to-day work with the WebCAPA Database.
Activities Menu
A number of activities to help QA Officers in their work, such as the number of issues/problems with no open actions.
Reports Menu
Reports of the data from the database in different formats, such as all open issues. These reports can be copy/pasted into a spreadsheet for more advance analysis or the creation of graphs and tables.
Metrics Menu
Contains a number of useful metrics of work in WebCAPA for reporting purposes, such as the number of issues/problems/actions opened and closed in the last month.
Audit Trail Menu
Lets the QA Officer examine the audit trail for this year, the audit trail for last year, or the full audit trail from the beginning of the use of WebCAPA at Viedoc.
