E-mail reminders are sent to Responsible users and to QA Officers.
Responsible Weekly E-mail Reminder
Once a week Responsible users will receive e-mail reminders that list all "New" and "Accepted" actions that have a planned date less than 7 days in the future (including actions whose planned date has already passed), in reverse order of due date (i.e. the actions planned soonest shown first in the list). The e-mail includes a list that shows the slogan and planned date fields from each action.
Responsible Monthly E-mail Reminder
Once a month Responsible users that have open actions will receive e-mail reminders that list all "New" and "Accepted" actions, in reverse order of due date (i.e. the actions planned soonest shown first in the list). The e-mail includes a list that shows the slogan and planned date fields from each action.
QA Officer Monthly E-mail Reminders
Every month all QA Officers will receive an e-mail listing the userids and e-mail addresses for all Responsible users who have been sent monthly e-mail reminders.
